A small example of state propaganda, caught red-handed:
Google “sit boy Leavitt Traoré” and you’ll see dozens of sites all with roughly the same content: Leavitt insulting a captain of the Burkina Faso army.
But there’s no video of the incident itself — the story is narrated by a synthetic voice.
These types of sites have been flourishing lately (another example is “The Adventures of Saint Keanu Reeves”)…
These videos get millions of views and aim to polarize or denigrate American/Western society. They are alternately pro-Trump or against him.
Who’s behind it? The Russian or Chinese government — or both. I have no proof.
But in the case of Burkina Faso, both of these nations currently play a privileged role with that African state. This is just a tiny example and the social networks are saturated with this kind of horrible content.

The Central Powers, also Central Empires (German: Mittelmächte; Hungarian: Központi hatalmak; Turkish: İttifak Devletleri / Bağlaşma Devletleri; Bulgarian: Централни сили, romanized: Tsentralni sili), consisting of Germany, Austria-Hungary, the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria - hence also known as the Quadruple Alliance (German: Vierbund)—was one of the two main coalitions that fought World War I (1914–18).
It faced and was defeated by the Allied Powers that had formed around the Triple Entente. The Powers' origin was the alliance of Germany and Austria-Hungary in 1879. Despite having nominally joined the Triple Alliance before, Italy did not take part in World War I on the side of the Central Powers; the Ottoman Empire and Bulgaria did not join until after World War I had begun, even though the Ottoman Empire had retained close relations with both Germany and Austria-Hungary since the beginning of the 20th century.
Today's throwback airbrushed style pinup photo features Kayla in this awkward moment of perfect aim! Some would say the knife thrower missed his mark or that he got too close and endangered his assistant... but in this case perhaps the knife thrower had perfect aim much to Kayla's dismay!

The amount of rhetoric and misinformation propagated by many in Congress threatens to derail important legislation. When voting party politics instead of what's good for one's constituents is prevalent, the system is failing and the people lose.

As we near the general election the rhetoric is increasing from every side. Luckily, I'm able to fast forward through the mounting number of political ads on T.V. But, despite my best efforts, I can't escape them. I'd like some truth in these ads. I'd like the politicians to be debating the important issues we face, not this bullshit.

This was Gemma and Emily's last outing of the year and we spent it at Propaganda.
Here with our beautiful friend Ola who we met earlier in the year at Fuel. She's so lovely, really glad we got to meet back up with her.
An iPhone shot of the shuttle with the 18mm moment lens then processed in Prisma. I then used Photoshop to apply the correct soviet slogan
I had an idea to make some propaganda poster's that could be applied to buildings, walls or whatever.
Please leave a comment, only takes a few seconds!
